Notes:This little known trail right off of busy Highway 99 W is a great little quick leg stretcher. The best view is at the Overlook at about the halfway point. However the extra distance to the viewless summit makes for a better work out. Stay on the path to avoid the poison oak
Route:From Corvallis take Highway 99W north just past the Camp Adair /Coffin Butte intersection. On the left about 1/4 mile more is the trailhead parking.
